Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager drives strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management to align with corporate growth and margin objectives. Responsibilities include executing spend and category strategies, leading supplier negotiations, establishing KPI governance for sourcing health, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration with operations and management. Key qualifications required are a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7-10+ years of experience in the sourcing or supply chain management domain, with proven abilities in financial management and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, spend analysis, and cost improvement initiatives
- Financial acumen with experience managing spend plans, budgeting, and total landed cost analysis
- Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing sourcing teams
- Ability to travel up to 25%, or as required
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Proven experience leading supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management with measurable results in cost savings and risk mitigation
- Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes to drive sourcing discipline and continuous improvement
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to partner effectively across operations, engineering, quality, finance, and executive leadership
