Job Summary
Lead stakeholder management as a trusted advisor on procurement policies and strategies, building and managing internal business partners globally. Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple categories including Real Estate, Professional Services, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Meetings & Events. Manage key supplier relationships, identify preferred supplier status, and lead end-to-end negotiations from contract creation to closure while ensuring full purchasing compliance. Own the RFI, RFP, and RFQ interface, providing industry cost data for TCO evaluations and coordinating supplier and business roadmaps. Drive the maturation and continuous improvement of sourcing initiatives. Requires fluent Japanese and English, 5+ years of sourcing experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing/ Supply Chain role
- Fluent in Japanese
- Full Professional Proficiency in English
- Demonstrated advanced sourcing experience leading multiple end-to-end RFx
- Supplier management experience
- Managing multiple categories including Real Estate & Workplace Services, Professional Services, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Meetings & Events
- Ability to work and partner with global team members across international locations
- Executing advanced Sourcing and Category Management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Advanced understanding of contracts and contract management
- Expert at developing and executing negotiation strategies
- Experience with ERP systems and tools
- Experience with AI tools for productivity and procurement
- Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
