Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, implement, and measure success of organizational plans. Analyze complex financial data to drive procurement strategies, market analysis, and risk assessments that inform senior leadership decisions. Deliver cost savings and continuous improvements while managing supplier development, contract negotiations, and renewal processes. Coordinate with legal teams to establish commercial agreements and resolve disputes factually. Solicit feedback to identify process improvements and lead teams through change management efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- 5+ Years of Purchasing and Supply Management Experience
- practice in sourcing across multiple categories
- Superior Negotiation Skills
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management
- Ability to implement change through influence and strong stakeholder management
- Project management, facilitation/training, and change management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, contract development and negotiation

- Excellent analytical skills
