Job Summary
Sourcing manager III responsible for vendor strategy, supplier relationship management, and commercial/technical contract negotiations for data center equipment; drives RFI/RFQ processes, should-cost modeling, and performance metrics, collaborates with Manufacturing Quality, Strategic Engineering and Design, Global Site Sourcing, and Data Center Operations to ensure supply chain health and risk mitigation; requires extensive experience in complex contracts (MPA/MSA/SOW), cost/market analytics, and robotics/automation integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) across end-to-end supply chain activities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent with 3-5 years of supply chain experience
- A minimum of 5 years of Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management experience in commercial sourcing roles
- Proven analytical experience and ability to guide teams to deliver results
- Experience in contracts and contract negotiations, including strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in robotics and automation, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with robotics technology
