Job Summary
Lead global sourcing strategies for foundry and OSAT partners by evaluating top-tier suppliers, negotiating capacity and cost targets, and driving competitive RFQs to meet revenue goals. Draft and enforce Manufacturing Service Agreements while resolving commercial and delivery escalations. Align sourcing initiatives with new product development through cross-functional collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams. Maintain close ties with stakeholders from Mandarin-speaking regions and participate in quarterly business reviews to secure continuous commercial improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
- 5-10+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience specifically within the semiconductor, foundry, and/or OSAT industry
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of wafer fabrication processes, advanced packaging (e.g., WLP, 2.5D/3D), and testing, or semiconductor planning/production control experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- international travel capabilities
