Sourcing Manager - FF&E

Job Summary
Manage contract commitments, processing, and tracking for FF&E purchase orders, consultant contracts, and capital expenditure projects. Process approved contracts in Oracle, handle change orders and budget increases, and verify vendor invoice compliance prior to Project Manager approval. Collaborate with third-party purchasing agents and design teams to ensure timely reporting of deposits, shop drawings, and product delivery. Bid and prepare FF&E purchase orders from design specifications when third-party agents are unavailable, while obtaining vendor information and processing deposit requirements. Track monthly billings, prepare update reports, and ensure adherence to finance policies regarding banking instructions and insurance certificates. Maintain vendor contact lists and digital libraries for approved products, update OS&E specifications with images and costs, and create project cost summaries for the Design & Construction department.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding and knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Results driven
- Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage large volumes of data
- Discipline and self-motivation with strong ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with databases
- Minimum of three (3) years of project accountant experience
- Previous experience in Purchasing and / or Construction fields
- Experience with Oracle databases
- Travel – Less than 5%
- BS/BA degree preferred in finance, accounting or relevant/similar discipline but not required
