Job Summary
Sourcing Manager, Contracts and Recurring Services responsible for leading vendor sourcing across Operations and IT, negotiating and managing master service agreements, and overseeing contract lifecycle management. Oversees recurring exterior services such as pool maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and pest control, with a focus on achieving cost savings, improving vendor performance, and maintaining resident satisfaction while minimizing property downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or contract management with direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and contract administration
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to conduct detailed cost analyses and market assessments
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading sourcing projects from initiation through implementation preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, Spend Data Analytics & Reporting, eSourcing, including eAuctions and contract management systems
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and requirements
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks
