Job Summary
Select and manage vendors for closet and cabinetry hardware, sourcing materials that meet quality, design, and cost standards. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers while communicating selections and specifications to design, sales, and production teams. Monitor inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and troubleshoot hardware issues to keep orders on schedule. This role supports our nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, which designs, manufactures, and installs custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, and garage cabinetry.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or inventory management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Comfortable with Excel and purchasing/inventory software
- Great communicator who works well across departments
- A problem-solver who stays organized under deadline pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- cabinetry, closets, millwork, or building products experience
