Job Summary
Sourcing Manager - People & Culture leveraging global procurement and strategic sourcing to drive value across the Digital & Talent Category. Lead major negotiations, guide the team on value delivery, and collaborate with senior partners to align sourcing priorities with business needs. Drive agile, innovative market engagement and world-class bids while ensuring compliance with category management policies and governance. Build and coach a high-performance, diverse team, foster psychological safety, and deliver measurable value through value delivery, cycle time reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract drafting capabilities are essential, as is experience influencing senior partners in a global, matrixed organization. Familiarity with Ariba Source to Pay and related procurement tools is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject area or higher
- Extensive experience in global procurement and strategic sourcing
- Proven experience in managing Talent (Corporate Services, People& Culture, Workforce, Mobility, etc) Categories
- Proven track record of leading high-performing, multi-cultural global teams and delivering complex sourcing strategies
- Proven experience with Strategic Sourcing, Complex Contract & Commercial negotiations and strong contract drafting skills
- Strong commercial skill, negotiation expertise, and supplier relationship management skills
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-cultural teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior partners and drive strategic outcomes
