Sourcing Manager

Manage import purchases and logistics arrangements while overseeing assigned category sourcing and procurement. Cooperate with Sales, R&D, and QA teams to ensure purchase conformance, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain relationships for timely supply at lowest cost. Lead a two-person team to achieve yearly goals, drive cost control and payment term improvements, and maintain all data in SAP from price to delivery. Provide purchase backup for the brother company when necessary. Requires five years of purchasing and import/export experience, SAP proficiency, and English skills.
