Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Lead responsible for Industry Deep-Mapping of firms in 10 specialized non-social industries, AI agent orchestration to deploy autonomous sourcing agents (Juicebox, Exa, Pin), and contact extraction/enrichment of top candidates. Leverages forensic logic to ensure each presented candidate is a strong cultural and technical fit, and provides data-driven market insights to clients. Requires proven sourcing experience (5+ years) with OSINT tools, AI sourcing platforms, and semantic CRMs, and ability to operate autonomously in a distributed, US-only remote environment. Emphasizes high professionalism, confidentiality with sensitive data, and partnership with clients to align sourcing strategies with long-term workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years sourcing experience
- senior-level sourcing
- retained search experience preferred
- mastery of OSINT tools (Holehe, OSINT Industries)
- AI sourcing platforms (ZoomInfo, SeekOut)
- semantic CRMs (Crelate)
- ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment
- US-only remote role
