Sourcing Lead

Lead sourcing workstreams across New Product Development and cost reduction initiatives in existing production programs. Partner with Buyer/Planners, site teams, and suppliers to identify and implement savings opportunities. Influence without authority in a decentralized environment to drive alignment and execution. Bridge Enterprise Category Sourcing strategies with site-level execution and ensure consistent communication across locations. Build relationships with site teams to validate assumptions and uncover opportunities. Lead supplier negotiations, cost-out initiatives, and re-sourcing aligned with business objectives. Develop tracking tools, establish reporting cadence, and build communication frameworks for visibility and accountability. Identify and implement synergy opportunities across sites, suppliers, and legacy organizations from integration efforts. Travel 10-30% domestically.
