Job Summary
Lead sourcing workstreams across New Product Development (NPD) and cost reduction initiatives in existing production programs within the EBS division. Build and sustain cross-functional alignment with site teams and suppliers, negotiate with vendors, and drive cost-out opportunities. Develop tracking tools, establish reporting cadences, and create communication frameworks to drive visibility and accountability across decentralized locations. Identify synergy opportunities across sites, suppliers, and legacy organizations resulting from post-acquisition integration, and lead re-sourcing efforts aligned with business objectives. Possess strong collaboration skills to influence without direct authority and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement is preferred.
