Job Summary
Source qualified candidates through platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter, manually parse and transfer data between applicant tracking systems and internal platforms, and review candidate information for completeness and accuracy. Assist the Support Team with sourcing projects, administrative tasks, and hiring initiatives to maintain efficient workflows and positive candidate experiences. This fully remote, detail-oriented role supports recruiting operations for skilled trade companies, ensuring accurate data and consistent sourcing efforts. You will work with experienced professionals in a profitable, process-driven environment focused on building strong candidate pipelines.
