Job Summary
Sourcing Experienced Professional - Buying/Procurement leads sourcing strategy with Global Category Team, partnering to drive cost reductions and supplier selections. Oversees end-to-end procurement processes including PO issuance and ERP receipt, manages supplier performance, and collaborates across Engineering, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service to align on material requirements and order fulfillment. Drives negotiations for product cost reduction and total cost optimization, ensures compliance with the Code of Conduct, trade compliance regulations, internal policies, and HSE requirements, and leverages experience with SAP/Ariba and knowledge of CNC/engineering drawings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years procurement experience
- Professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP)
- Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
