Job Summary
Lead strategic procurement and category management for China, developing local purchasing strategy aligned with global direction and achieving optimal total cost of ownership. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle procurement, drive cost reductions through supplier negotiations and terms, coordinate localization, cost-down, and NPI projects to boost competitiveness, conduct market research, develop new suppliers with regional/global category managers, foster supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance. Support related activities (e.g., supplier certification programs, Lean initiatives). Requires 10+ years in procurement/category management, leadership experience, and English fluency; HVAC/automation/automotive industry exposure and ability to read drawings are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历(理工类专业优先,机械/电气领域背景)
- 10年以上采购及品类管理工作经验
- 具备团队管理经验者优先
- 持有 CPSM 或 CIPS 证书者优先
- 能够看懂图纸、了解质量理念与质量工具
- 英语听说读写流利
