Job Summary
Sourcing Coordinator responsible for day-to-day purchasing operations: prepare, process, and track purchase orders and requisitions; manage supplier relations, catalog updates, and ERP data; monitor inventory and flag shortages; collaborate with Production, QA, Finance, and other partners; assist with supplier negotiations and market research; produce routine purchasing reports; support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with food-safety standards. Requires a B-Tech in Mechanical/Electronics and 5-6 years in purchasing/procurement, preferably in manufacturing or food environments; proficiency with standard office tools and ERP/purchasing systems; strong organization, communication, and independent-working capability.
Required Qualifications
- B-Tech Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics
- 5-6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, preferably in manufacturing or food environments
- Proficiency with standard office tools; experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating within a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to task completion
- Basic understanding of purchasing principles and supply chain concepts
