Job Summary
Maintain expiring price files, project trackers, and system price parity while providing contract support for existing and new suppliers. Conduct basic pricing reviews, complete standard contract documentation, and support the capital procurement lifecycle including quote intake and benchmarking. Collaborate with internal teams such as Data Management, Purchasing, and Clinical Supply Chain to interpret financial and qualitative data, identify sourcing opportunities, and implement sourcing changes. Act as a liaison for end users and vendors to ensure alignment with departmental goals and gather feedback on evolving capital needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Some knowledge of the sourcing/procurement process
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills in gathering data and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills with an attention to detail, follow through and accountability
- Team player, contributes to the larger group in order to complete tasks
- Self-starter, ability to lead assigned responsibilities with minimal direction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines on a timely basis
- Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
