Sourcing Contract Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, amendments, and statements of work from drafting through execution while maintaining governance processes and ensuring compliance with company policies. Partner with sourcing teams to support RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Global Commodity Leaders to execute agreements efficiently. Track supplier contractual commitments, performance metrics, and commercial terms to support relationship management, while maintaining contract databases and generating reports on status, renewals, and sourcing activity. Drive improvements in contract lifecycle management processes and system utilization to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in contract administration, paralegal/legal support, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with experience managing supplier or commercial contracts in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience managing commercial, supplier, or procurement-related contracts
- Strong understanding of contract terms, documentation control, and business governance processes
- Location: Waukesha, WI
- Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future
Desired Qualifications
- Paralegal or legal contract management experience
- Experience with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar contract management platforms
- Experience working with supplier agreements, procurement documentation, and sourcing governance processes
