Sourcing Contract Specialist

Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, amendments, and statements of work from drafting through execution, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance with company policies. Partner with sourcing teams to support RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Global Commodity Leaders to execute contracts efficiently. Maintain contract databases and generate insights on status, renewals, and compliance metrics to drive improvements in contract lifecycle management and governance. Track supplier obligations and performance metrics to support relationship management and risk mitigation within supplier agreements. This role bridges legal, procurement, and supply chain functions to improve how supplier contracts are organized and executed within INNIO's global distributed energy solutions provider.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in contract administration, paralegal/legal support, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with experience managing supplier or commercial contracts in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience managing commercial, supplier, or procurement-related contracts
- Strong understanding of contract terms, documentation control, and business governance processes
- Hybrid 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Paralegal or legal contract management experience
- Experience with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar contract management platforms
- Experience working with supplier agreements, procurement documentation, and sourcing governance processes
