Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end vendor lifecycle and developing category strategies for SaaS/software sourcing. Leads RFx strategies, contract negotiations, and renewal planning; ensures licensing governance and alignment with risk and security requirements. Partners with IT, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive cost savings, vendor consolidation, and platform rationalization; monitors supplier performance, SLAs, usage metrics, and QBRs; delivers reporting on spend and savings; oversees onboarding, renewals, compliance, and offboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (SaaS focus)
- Proven success negotiating complex contracts and delivering cost savings
- Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience with SaaS licensing and contract lifecycle management
- Ability to influence stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with procurement/CLM tools and analytics platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
