Job Summary
Senior Sourcing & Business Development Director leading a high-performing 8-10 person sourcing team, developing and executing complex pursuit sourcing strategies, and delivering innovative third-party solutions to support JLL's sales organization. Responsible for stakeholder management at the executive level, aligning pursuit sourcing strategies with business objectives, managing risk and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in sourcing processes. Collaborates with Sales, Pricing, and Account leadership to create competitive pricing strategies, optimize resource allocation, and lead client strategy sessions. This remote-capable leadership role requires a proven track record of strategic sourcing, talent development, and strong executive communication across commercial real estate, facilities management, or related industries.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with demonstrated pursuit/sales support success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred; professional certifications CPSM or CPM or equivalent; MBA/MS a plus
- Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or integrated facility services industries
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing performance and career development
- Ability to lead client meetings and strategy sessions at senior levels; executive presence and communication skills
- Experience developing and leading complex sourcing strategies; strategic vision for pursuit-related Sourcing & Procurement; risk management and compliance oversight
- Ability to foster inclusive and collaborative team culture; talent management through networking and mentoring
