Job Summary
Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive responsible for identifying competitive suppliers, ensuring accurate BOM costing, and driving cost optimization through supplier negotiations and logistics efficiency. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs, support purchasing, resolve price deviations, and lead supplier development. Requires a Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management (ISMM or equivalent), 2–3 years’ experience, ERP knowledge, and strong communication/negotiation skills. In-person role located in Negombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management (ISMM or equivalent)
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- ERP system knowledge with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
- A strong team player
