Job Summary
Sourcing Associate to support Hardware Sourcing Consultants, handling client quotes from standard pricing or vendor quotes, backorder management to ensure timely invoicing, creation of catalogue and buffer reports, client reports and queries, and administration of credits. Responsibilities include working in Spark Systems and vendor portals, leveraging strong time management, analytical skills, and customer service to meet client expectations in a high-pressure environment. Role features hybrid working arrangements (office four days a week with one flexible day) and a focus on continuous learning within a diverse and inclusive Spark team in New Zealand.
