Job Summary
Sourcing and Vendor Management Agent supports the development of various supply and/or service contracts for multiple locations and regions. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing and contract terms to minimize risk, monitoring cost-reduction opportunities through contract development and modifications, managing contract amendments and extensions, building effective relationships with suppliers and customers, coordinating legal reviews, generating cost-reduction ideas with analytics, communicating contract updates and category strategies, and developing knowledge of product/service needs and market developments. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and one year of experience. Proficiency in contract management, stakeholder collaboration, and supplier communications is expected, with the role based in St. Louis, MO (US).
