Job Summary
Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams by partnering with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans. Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates, implementing creative, data-driven strategies to fill hard-to-find technical and non-technical roles. Track and report recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into pipeline health while optimizing ATS and sourcing platforms. Champion the candidate experience from first touch to offer close and contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate presence in the technical talent market. This role supports a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed company modernizing the $50 billion animal health industry for 25,000+ hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical
- Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
- Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers
- Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools
- Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
- Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity
- 100% remote within the USA
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
