Job Summary
Sourcing and Operations Manager within Escalon’s People Operations Team, responsible for supporting recruiting delivery operations across RPO, RPO with Phone Screens, and Retained Search, from intake to candidate submission. Manages India-based Talent Sourcer, oversees workflow consistency, ATS configuration for new clients, posting to boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), and producing weekly/monthly pipeline and activity reports. Requires leading candidate submissions, screening coordination, and maintaining data quality across active engagements; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in recruiting operations or HR.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years: experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations with demonstrated ownership of sourcing and screening workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience posting and managing jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn including sponsored postings
- Experience configuring and managing an ATS
- Strong candidate screening and submission skills
- Ability to manage and develop a junior team member
- Excellent data quality and reporting capabilities
