Sourcing and Contracts Specialist

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify sourcing and contract value opportunities. Assist managers with contract start-up functions and participate in product/service standardization processes with plant managers. Resolve complex issues using independent judgment to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Make recommendations on new processes, tools, services, and techniques within the function while training and mentoring employees on technical skills. Requires little instruction on day-to-day work and operates as an experienced contributor capable of working at a very high level.
