Job Summary
Source and suppliers for new or expanded capabilities, perform business reviews, and run RFPs or RFIs. Select suppliers from RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals while resolving performance issues. Partner with business owners to align suppliers with strategic goals and coordinate quarterly reviews for top suppliers. Oversee annual reviews and proactively manage stakeholder communication, prioritizing time aligned with business needs. Maintain compliance with all bank regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation CC, by completing required training and staying updated on regulatory changes. Coach, mentor, and train others as a subject matter expert while embodying the corporate culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in supplier management with increasing levels of responsibilities across all indirect categories of spend
- Understanding of contracting and the contracting elements as well as contract negotiations
- Analytical and excel analysis experience
- Building tables as well as pivot tables for baseline comparisons of data and analysis
- Experience with project management and demonstrated project management skills
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description
