Sourcing Analyst - Specialized (IT) & Non-Standard Requests

Job Summary
Lead low and medium complexity sourcing transactions by assessing business needs and facilitating discussions on relationship, cost, and capabilities with leadership and suppliers. Manage the RFx process for competitive bidding, supporting supplier analysis, pricing models, and partnership opportunities while evaluating vendors against contracts and data. Drive engagements through defined sourcing processes, resolve issues, and interface with other Sourcing teams, business owners, and Legal & Risk partners. Create and maintain vendor operations dashboards to analyze statistics and deliver outcomes, ensuring suppliers have technical support. Oversee vendor invoicing, contract review, and approvals, proactively suggesting alternatives and timelines while supporting adherence to procurement policies. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of related work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred
- IT sourcing background
- exposure to data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- experience supporting day-to-day sourcing activities in a fast-paced environment
- strong decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills
