Sourcing Analyst

Create and process purchase orders in line with approved requisitions and company procedures. Monitor purchase orders from placement through to receipt of goods and services, following up with suppliers for acknowledgements and delivery confirmations. Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information within ERP systems while resolving routine purchase order, invoice, receiving, and payment queries. Track supplier deliveries, proactively expedite overdue orders, and liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies and shipment issues. Obtain quotations, support routine price comparisons, and coordinate with Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure purchasing requirements are met. Support the resolution of supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances by coordinating corrective actions and monitoring delivery performance.
