Job Summary
Sourcer role in Global HR Talent Acquisition. You will partner with recruiters to translate role requirements into sourcing strategies, identify passive candidates across LinkedIn and niche channels, build talent pipelines and maps, craft personalized outreach, conduct initial screening, maintain ATS data, and continuously refine sourcing methods to support multiple regions including Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Sofia (Bulgaria). You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly in English and leveraging tools to identify non-obvious talent for current and future hiring needs. The role includes a focus on market trends, candidate engagement, and collaboration with recruiters to hand over qualified candidates for next steps. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role (junior candidates with strong sourcing potential are also encouraged to apply)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
- Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to hiring markets are a plus
