Job Summary
As a GTM & G+A Sourcer, you will be the primary architect of the talent pipeline that fuels our Go-to-Market and G+A teams. You will identify and engage top-tier professionals across GTM functions and G+A roles, craft highly personalized outreach using AI tools, conduct deep market research across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, competitive startups, and niche communities, and partner closely with recruiters and business leads to calibrate candidate profiles and search strategies in real time. You will track conversion metrics and use data to pivot sourcing strategies, helping build the talent foundation for Replit’s growth. This is a Fixed Term Full-Time role for 6-12 months with a competitive salary and equity, comprehensive benefits, and an autonomous in-office/remote work setup.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on GTM or G+A roles
- experience in high-growth startup environments
- ability to map and engage talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- strong outreach and relationship-building skills

- data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize conversion rates
