Job Summary
Actively search for qualified IT candidates across global regions using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Conduct CV screening, manage profiles in SmartRecruiters, and initiate cold outreach to build candidate pipelines. Perform market analysis, research, and prepare reports to support hiring decisions while maintaining internal recruitment databases. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes. This role requires 1+ years of experience in recruitment or IT, a Bachelor's degree, and Upper-Intermediate English.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data
- Creativity and 'out-of-the-box' thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent
