Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize cost savings and enhance supplier collaboration. Analyze client needs to develop operational strategies that drive business performance and implement digital procurement solutions using Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software. Manage supplier relationships, conduct evaluations, and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems within sourcing strategies. Direct teams through complex procurement challenges, foster inclusive environments, and validate outcomes with clients while incorporating feedback to refine strategies. Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams. Requires at least seven years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, up to 60% travel, and a salary range of $124,000 to $280,000.
