Job Summary
Lead finance operations projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide teams in strategic planning and execution. Own the entire product lifecycle for the enterprise S2P solution, overseeing configuration governance, change management, release planning, and system optimization. Manage a small team of procurement technology analysts, providing direction and coaching to support operational excellence. Confirm data integrity, security, and compliance within finance frameworks while identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve business performance. Assist in supporting product vision, strategy, and backlog management for the SAP S4HANA System, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate communication and feedback.
Required Qualifications
- At least 13-18 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Proven experience with S2P solutions
- Zycus knowledge and expertise
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration points affecting procurement and finance
- Experience assisting in supporting product vision, strategy, and backlog management for the SAP S4HANA System and finance systems
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, helping prioritize features
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and IT to facilitate communication and feedback
- Experience supporting development teams by tracking progress and participating in agile ceremonies
- Experience assisting in monitoring system performance, user feedback, and KPI tracking
- Experience identifying and escalating risks or issues as needed
- Experience supporting compliance efforts and promoting best practices in product management and agile methods
- Ability to demonstrate strategic questioning to drive finance operations
- Ability to utilize creativity to enhance business operations governance
- Ability to excel in service excellence within finance operations
- Ability to engage in active listening to improve practice support
