Job Summary
Define and maintain the S2P roadmap, prioritising investments based on business value, risk, and feasibility. Oversee the S2P application portfolio, including platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Spend Management, lcertis, and lvalua, while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and architecture. Monitor KPIs, drive benefits realisation, and enforce data governance standards across source-to-contract and procure-to-pay value streams. Lead programme delivery, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvement in the S2P ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, IT, engineering or finance
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in procurement IT/enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree, complemented by an additional four (4) years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience and expertise in the S2P domain
- In-depth knowledge of and expertise in technology and platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
- Good knowledge of English or French
- Knowledge of one of the following Member State languages is an asset
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Spend Management/ Central Procurement) and/or platforms such as Coupa, lcertis and lvalua
- Knowledge of enterprise integration (APIs, middleware, SAP PL/PO and BTP)
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions, for example Power Apps and SAP BTP
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, such as SharePoint and .Net
- Experience with large-scale S2P digitalisation programmes
- Background in a public or regulated environment
- Experience establishing procurement centres of excellence
- S2C: strategic sourcing, supplier management, eRFx, CLM and supplier risk
- P2P: guided buying, requisitioning, approvals, e-invoicing, AP automation and three-way matching
