Job Summary
Source & Reuse Manager responsible for safe, reliable operation and maintenance of water source and reuse assets in Midland, TX. Leads and trains the team, monitors water balances and costs, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and coordinates with field staff and E&P representatives. Regular travel within the operating area and strong focus on cost control, asset management, and client/vendor coordination. Travel to field assets and offices as needed; reports to VP Operations; salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of water reuse experience
- 3 years of oil and gas experience with understanding of operations and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support operational teams in a safe, productive environment
- Working knowledge of BI, Spotfire, Prologic, and Sequel
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under the Company’s insurance program
