Job Summary
Program Manager for HP Source Center of Excellence leading Source to Pay Transformation programs. Oversees end-to-end delivery, defining scope, roadmaps, milestones and success metrics; manages budgets and resources; aligns with executive strategy, drives governance and stakeholder engagement across IT, business teams and SI partners; leads organizational change management and risk mitigation to deliver measurable business value across geographies and functions; requires strong data analytics, leadership, and knowledge of ERP/S2P systems.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field
- Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (e.g., ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba)
- MBA or Advanced degree (preferred)
- Experience in consulting or large enterprise transformation environments
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Strategic thinking and execution excellence
- Strong leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority)
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making
- Change leadership and organizational awareness
- Financial acumen and benefits realization tracking
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
