Conduct FCAW or GMAW welding to build metal structures using adapted tools in a secure environment. Receive on-site training to obtain CWB certification if needed, or apply prior experience to handle more complex sectors. Work Monday through Thursday in either evening shifts from 4:50 PM to 2:30 AM or day shifts from 6:10 AM to 4:35 PM with Friday time off. Earn hourly wages between $26.47 and $30.68 with a $2.50 evening premium, plus access to collective insurance, profit sharing, and a partial gym subscription.
