Job Summary
Evaluate, grade, sort, weigh, and repackage fresh produce into original or replacement containers; load and offload cases onto pallets in the Re-pack area, build pallets and label accordingly, and work cooperatively with team members. Must be able to stand at a sorting station, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a consistently cold environment; overtime and weekend availability expected. Strong attention to detail in differentiating quality levels, and clear English communication (reading/writing) required. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 45-50 degrees)
- Must be able to stand at a sorting station table for most of the shift
- Availability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner
- Must be team oriented
