Sorter

Sorter position responsible for safely and efficiently sorting incoming recyclable materials (aluminum, plastic, glass, paper, etc.), depositing materials into appropriate chute, assisting others with heavy items, and following safety policies including emergency stopping of conveyors. Inspect loads for unacceptable waste and communicate with equipment operators about loads requiring special attention; perform other duties as assigned.
