Job Summary
Coordinate mail, perform electronic indexing, scan documents, and create envelope tracking barcodes while maintaining quality production and meeting hourly KPIs. Provide outbound customer service and complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelines. Work in a high-volume environment requiring 35-40wpm typing accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. This role supports Firstsource Solutions' BPM services for healthcare, telecommunications, and banking clients, often involving remote work or onsite shifts with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35-40wpm, with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer literacy or ability to quickly learn
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work the hours necessary to satisfy the daily volume requirement, with the possibility of overtime, evenings and weekends
- Ability to download 2-factor authentication application(s) on personal device, in accordance with company and/or client requirements
- Must be able to pass the required pre-employment background investigation, including but not limited to, criminal history, work authorization verification and drug test
- Must be able to regularly or frequently talk and hear
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to type
- Must be able to use close vision to view and read from a computer screen and/or electronic device
- Must be able to occasionally walk
