Sorter

Maintain non-ferrous product quality by identifying and sorting various metal grades according to specifications. Remove large plastic pieces, stainless steel, and any non-conforming material from the production line. Keep picking areas clean and orderly, assisting with end-of-production cleanup duties. Support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Perform other assigned duties as needed. This role offers a clear pathway for advancement with comprehensive hands-on training for team members beginning in production.
