Job Summary

The Sorter/Donation Processor is responsible for preparing donations for retail sale or salvage, following procedures for sorting, cleaning, and shipping donated items. Essential duties include keeping the donation area clean, sorting various types of donations, loading items for delivery, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining an organized processing area. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, and the ability to lift and move items as specified.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Completion of all safety training requirements
