Design, evaluate, and supervise construction projects at the architectural and civil works levels to ensure construction standards. Review, update, and maintain construction and architectural proposals while overseeing major, corrective, and preventive infrastructure maintenance across all areas. Update infrastructure plans for various sites and technical infrastructure files, and handle all construction permit procedures with local municipalities for approved projects. Requires a Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree with at least one year of experience in maintenance, project management, and civil works. Proficiency in Office 365, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is essential, with QGIS and BIM knowledge desirable. Salary is based on experience with legal benefits and internal growth opportunities.
