Direct the sophomore softball team while integrating tactical instruction into the varsity program philosophy. Teach fundamental mechanics and age-appropriate strategies to prepare underclassmen for varsity competition. Maintain positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff to bridge the transition between lower-level and varsity play. Ensure a safe, inclusive environment prioritizing athlete well-being and exemplary sportsmanship. Design purposeful practices and game plans while assisting varsity staff with game-day duties. Cultivate a high-accountability team environment valuing effort, continuous growth, and collective teamwork. Models professional standards and pursues ongoing learning to enhance player development.
