Job Summary
SOP Analyst based in Lindsay, CA, supports the execution and continuous improvement of the company’s Sales & Operations Planning across Bulk Juice, Ingredients, By-products, and Dry Production. Responsible for aligning sales demand with production capacity, inventory management, and raw material availability; develops and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; monitors execution versus plan, communicates deviations, and recommends corrective actions; coordinates inventory and material availability to minimize disruptions; produces KPI-driven reports and data analyses to enable proactive decision-making; collaborates across operations, procurement, QA, warehousing, logistics, and sales to improve planning accuracy and throughput; requires advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), familiarity with SQL, ERP/planning systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics), and BI tools (Power BI) for reporting and dashboards; travel between company facilities in the Central Valley may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, production planning, supply chain, S&OP, inventory management, or operations support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Effective communication skills cross-functionally
- Experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, citrus processing, or industrial ingredients is a plus
