Job Summary
Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck while maintaining a fun, relaxing atmosphere for guests. Observe recreational activities, respond to emergencies per local procedures, and inform supervisors of unsafe situations or injuries. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive, obtain and stack towels per company protocols, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Enter work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems and visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Complete safety training and certifications, including CPR and First Aid.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Fitness Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
