Job Summary
Deliver first-line support for ASML semiconductor lithography equipment, performing repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and optical systems. Monitor system performance, ensure compliance with customer commitments, and escalate complex issues promptly. Provide on-site support under a 24/7 coverage model, spending over 60% of time inside a cleanroom handling components. Accept flexible 12-hour shifts (day or night) and on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and effective communication in Japanese.
